The second edition of the Venice Boat Show ended in a unique and dreamlike atmosphere. Venice, 6 June 2021 – The promise of the mayor of the city of Venice Mr. Luigi Brugnaro was clear, carved on the red and ancient bricks of the historic Arsenale: “I want the Boat Show together with the Biennale is the signal of the restart for Venice and the whole Italy” he always said. And the promise was kept.

Under a summer sun, the 160 exhibitors closed the second edition of the Venice Boat Show with great satisfaction, welcoming over 30,000 visitors. It was supposed to be the edition of the restart and so it was: the Arsenale is a unique environment, the beating heart of the navy of the Serenissima, enjoys a water basin of 50,000 square meters, over 1000 linear meters of piers for about 30,000 square meters of exhibition space outside and covered pavilions for a total of approximately 5,000 square meters. It was the first event of this size to be held in Italy “in presence”.

The Salone affirmed the “boat” as an intimate place, to be enjoyed with family and friends: these are the reasons for being in a market that has emerged from the pandemic even stronger than before. The indicators assign a total value of the nautical industry in 2019/20 of almost 5 billion euros, growing during this year.

Mylius participated with the Mylius 76′ FD “E_Vai”, a fast cruiser-racer with a great personality, just under the limit of 24 meters, in which the refined exterior and interior design is flanked by the best materials and technologies for the best comfort, pleasure and safety of navigation. Conceived for sporting and competitive use, for long voyages and great regattas in the Mediterranean and in the ocean.
